my honest opinion is both because girls when their so young they want children and boys they dont think they just do so both sex is messing up with what they do with their life at such and early age. the things girls is having problems with is boys talk the girls into having sexual entor-corse with them and when it comes to it either they break the condom so that he or she can have a baby on the way or they just dont use condoms because they think they know what there doing. and boys have a problem with sex because once they get  it once their going to want it again and agin until they finally realize how they messed up and slipped.also girls have it harder than boys because they go though more stuff than boys in life you may not think so but us girls know and we would prove it but in most cases the girls would like to keep it private so that they wont have everyone in there business
