Enhancement drugs are bad
because they kill the cells to create bigger ones, which soon will die off. I
think enhancement drugs is just another form of cheating, It’s like if you
can’t beat a level on a game then what do you do…You go look for cheat codes,
Cheating, same thing for athletes they look for a way to finish faster without having
to do all the work. I believe our country cares a little too much about sports,
Everywhere you go you see sports, Television, Cereal Boxes, Shoes and Ads for
companies that have nothing to do with sports, like Drew Brees on that Nyquil
commercial. Sports play a big part of society. Everyone wants to be apart of
some type of sport nowadays. Sports are everything to some people according to
that new Addidas commercial. I don’t think athlete’s put them selves above
everybody else; I think people just place them higher than they should be.
People act like someone in sports or on television have superpowers that make
them different, but they’re just a human just like you and me. Putting athletes
above everybody can be a good thing and a bad thing. Some athletes might get
cocky and think he’s better than everyone, thinking he has no responsibility,
waste all his money on big houses and cars then end up with no money at the end
of his career, Other athletes might do something good to help out there
community, like Dwayne Wade did. He took his money and made a library in his
old community that he lived in as a young child.
