Do athletes get it easy in school? (Gabby)

In my opinion I don’t think that athletes get it easy in school. As an athlete myself I find it really challenging. Other than having to stay after school for practice and having to keep your grades up you don’t really get it easy in school. Athletes are obligated to keep their grades 60% or higher if not you will not be able to condition and play the next game. Athletes have the same rules as any other student, if you get in a fight you’re out of the team no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Another thing is that by the time you get out of practice you don’t feel like doing anything and sometimes don’t even do your homework because you get too tiered and that also makes your grades drop. On Wednesdays other students get to leave early but for athletes you have to stay for study hall to finish and turn in missing work. Being an athlete is actually a really great way to keep your grades up and attendance on good. On days that you have games you sometimes don’t get home ‘till 8 and that doesn’t help you in finishing any work you had to do. Athletes don’t get it easy in school and don’t get it easy with any other teacher just because their athletes. Every athlete has the same rules and the same obligation as any other student in school and sometimes they are obligated to do even more than others.

Sports in school (Jesus)

Girls should not be able to be in a boys sport team. Why, because if girls play football or rugby with them they might get hurt because girls aren’t tuff enough as the boys. A girl can bring distraction to a team because she a girl in a all boys team. One problem a girl can cause her being made fun of , maybe because she is the only girl in an all boys team. A girl can probably learn not to join some boys team. Yea we should have sport teams in school because some people are good at the sport they like so as they get bigger and want to keep playing that sport they could become to be an professional. Well in my opinion they take it easy and hard sometimes because when their in school they have to worry about their grades and behavior so they wont get kicked out the team. And after school they have an easy time because they just practice the sport they like playing .
