Personal Repsponse: Okies (Juan)

Its pretty bad that the economy was bad already. but just to add to it the great depression got worse. and just what they needed is one more problem called" dust bowl". in the 1930s some of the Okies went to the cities. Thousands other thought it would be better to start all over in the west coast. Florence Thompson was an okie that moved to West coast. Florence Thompson said. "We just existed! We survived, let's put it that way." They were very glad that they survived but many people died.
