How I define the American dream (Felton)

How I define the American dream, it is made up of people from other countries move to the United States to have a better life for all races of color. I believe that the American dream changed over the course of American history by making the United States a peaceful and wonderful place to live. Plus in other countries like Mexico and Afghanistan, they always have wars, no jobs, people getting killed, and sometimes no food. The positives about our country are that people are getting along together, have more jobs, a lot to eat, and also you can have a better life. The negative side is airline rates have increased to not let people from other countries come to America to destroy it like 9/11.

My American dream is to play on the McDonald’s all-American basketball team as a professional athlete, and also give back to the community because my community helped me to become one of the top 10 basketball players in the KCK league last year. I practiced at the community centers like argentine, Bethany and that’s why I want to help people to follow their dreams. My hope for the future is that I will inspire everyone that I know to follow their dreams and want to make them never give up your talent for sports, music, etc. throughout my life I’m still conditioning and training to be at my best that I can be. Some of the strengths to reach my dream is my GPA, because if you don’t get them grades up in any high school, nobody will get you in a division I college. The things that prevent me from reaching my goal is to not work hard or play hard because if you don’t work hard at something, then you would not play for a team and you wont go nowhere to follow your dreams.

Defining the American dream is like what Americas dream and how things can change for them in the future kind of like a wish. To me it has change over the years to up till now. The way things are is we have jobs, food, shelter, and we have property. We can go to school now for our self’s. We can work and get a reason amount of money for our self’s. Now not only men can go to work but also now women can go to work to. We can get food for us at a really good price that we can afford to pay for it. The positives and negatives that we have is doing things that can jeopardizes our chances of becoming things that we want to be in life and enjoy what we really like to do.

My American dream is to eliminate all criminal for the world and lower gas prices like something that the presidents should do. Because the reason why I say that is because things gotten a little out of hand over the years. Back then you can walk home and worry about criminals. What I hope for in the future is that good and well pay jobs will be available in the future for some people. And get homeless people from being homeless have shelter for them and some food for them to. What I see as my strength is having some good president to make this all happened but we have to wait until the American dream to come. And the only thing I think that can prevent me from us reaching that is the president making the same mistakes with something over and over again. Another thing could be the problem is the government using all our money and taking it from or not making enough jobs available  for the American citizens.

            I would define the American dream as a motivation. The American dream is something most American’s want, so basically its motivation. It keeps certain people going. Especially the people that really want that sweet American dream. The American dream is a way of life that is just what its call a dream. You may be able to work really hard to get to the American dream, but like they say money cannot buy happiness. I believe the dream has changed by getting more fancy. The American dream has simply added more material items. The positives in our country are that they allow us to be free. Well at least they let us think we are free. The negatives in our country are that they charge us a lot in taxes. Also they have a lot of secrets that we cant know. I don’t think that fair. They also divide us up by the amount of money we have or make. Witch is also not fair.

         My American dream is just to simply be happy, I mean yes money would make it better, but s long as I have happiness in my life I would be just fine. In my future I hope to be a United States Marine. I hope in the future I can look back and say I accomplished what I said I wanted to accomplish. My strengths are my ability to keep myself focus; my ability to refocused myself when it is needed. My biggest thing that could keep me from reaching my dream would defiantly have to be myself. Only I could keep myself down, only I could hold myself back.

American Dream

   The American dream is everyone has equal rights and have enough money for them and their families. The American dream change through out the history of America, people have the freedom of speech and press, and people don’t judge one another by race or religion. Some positive things about our country is that no one gets judge about the way they look, and the economy doesn’t just involve on one person to make big decisions, and you can express your dreams. Some negatives are that when people express there believes too much, there can be consequences, and with the freedom of press someone lives can be ruined with what goes public.

   My dream in life is to be a herpetologist. I’ve always loved animals and to travel all over the world collecting venom to make anti-venom and blood samples to help animals and bring back information about animals we never even knew about. My teachers always say to keep doing what I’m doing and to keep my grades up I could make it to my future. My strengths are to keep studying animals and to learn knew things about them, and to never give up on my dreams. Unlike most families that encourage their kids to fallow their dreams my family doesn’t. they don’t want me to work with animals that can hurt me, their alright with me being a vet but I don’t want to, so I just ignore them on everything that’s has to do with not fallowing my dream.

The way I would describe my American dream is going to college and do better. Than my momma and daddy and have a better living than they did. I hope for in my future is a loving family and a nice paying job. I see as my strengths is that im taking to classes now that has to do with what I want to do when I get older I want to  do art like comics and then at that I want to do graphic design.  Something that can keep me from reaching this goal is that me not going to college and people in my life that something else that can hold me back and if they not gone provoke me to do better and have me make I think you shouldn’t be in my life and some other stuff is that another way I can make it is do what im suppose to and listen to my teacher they may be trying to help me get better at what im doing so I can be successful.  So other stuff I hope for in my life is a nice house and a nice car and some sort of a nice little family like a daughter and a son. That I will be able to love and not yell at for real but if you think about it he might do the same thing you did as a teenager but just not as bad as you did them.

Love at first sight

Do I think its possible to fall in love at first sight? In some case it is and some its not but if you really do think you love that. Person you will eventually be with them. But if you love them you will do anything to be with them. But love at first sight is possible because you may not know that person but soon as you see them. You may gain feelings for them right then and there and try and do. Something to get with them or get them period. You might tell them how you feel you might go. To great lengths to see them or anything. Like if its work it to see them or be with I think its love at first sight. You may try and break them up with the person they with now and you. Might mess something and they might not get with you but if you really love them and you think its love at first. Sight you will leave them alone and ont mess with them but if you think its love at first sight you might try your best like Romeo and Juliet did to be with each other.
