Many people think athletes get it easy in school. Do you
think many schools take it easy on their athletes (easier classes, nicer on
grading, etc)? Or rather, do you think it’s harder for athletes in
school because of all they do after school?

As an
individual think athletes have it harder in school, because teachers are to
hard to them, they want them to do all their work on time, or they will tell
the coach. Athletes have to meet after school everyday and work out for 2 or 3
hours and they don’t get home till probably 6p.m. Athletes don’t have that much
time after school to do their own business. Athletes practice every day and sometimes
have games on the weekends too. I think they should have practice like 3 times
a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). I am a athlete, I play soccer for the
school, I practice everyday and on Wednesday right after school I have to go to
study hall and right after that I go straight to soccer practice from 3 to 5.
Its hard for athletes to wake up in the morning because mostly all of us are
tired and want more sleep.
