Performance Enhancing Drugs (Gustavo)

What do you think about performance enhancing drugs? Should athletes be allowed to take them to be stronger and faster? Why or why not?
Should athletes be able to use drugs to make them better at sport they’re playing why or why not?
No I believe a Sport is physical activity with rules and regulations used to build character and teach life lessons. Drug in sport would defeat its purpose and aid to health risks. It creates in unfair advantage. Even if the laws were lifted this would be a false argument. An opposing player would have to take the drug to even compete. This would make the game "unfair!" Performance enhancing drugs should be banned because it’s unfair, as because someone might train hard for a year so that they can win a race, and then someone takes some drugs a week or month before a race which then make them win. It’s also unfair because they may put less effort than a normal athlete but achieve higher standards because of the drug they have injected/taken. Drugs can also affect your own health and by taking them it means you’re putting your own body at risk of unhealthy issues or anger issues. Drugs shouldn’t be allow at any sport for no reason, sports are not meant for everyone. But if you are  a athlete, be legit in take pride for your work in training in do the right thing.

SPORTS IN SCHOOLS (Gustavo)

Do you think girls should be able to play boy’s sports teams?  Give me your opinion on what a girl could do for the team, & what problems could a girl cause. What are some things we could learn from this?

Females should be allowed to play on any males team. And any male on any females team. Females and males should be treated equal. Females can do anything a male can do. As long as they can prove themselves in the sport/game they should be allowed to play just as anyone else would.
Girls could bring many great things to there team. They could help out physically and mentally. Many girls are as strong as boy’s; many girls are as smart as boys. Working together without discrimination of their sex or race could bring victory to both teams. But always remember that it’s just a game, in the main point of the game is to always have fun, no fights, arguments or discrimination.
Some of the problems I see girls causing are girls getting injured in both teams.
This would cause the team to be short on players. Or to loose their good players making the team start loosing games. Making problems between teammates, some of the problems could be cause by the blames of players like any player could speak out his mind in blame a teammate for not doing as good the rest of the team.
But things that we could all learn are that no matter how good you are, strong or smart, the main point of the game is to have fun, & everyone has their moments of victory.

Art in Our Society (Gustavo)

Art is more than just painting or drawing art plays a big part in our society, art it is not just a mean by which we can talk or show each other what we can do. It has sublime qualities, which one cannot really explain. In my opinion it gives us something to be proud of. Perhaps our most personal feature we use is our imagination; with it we can do anything - we can escape the physical world and experience things that are impossible to humans on earth. I also think art is the reason of the culture's/societies psyche. It allows for people to reflect on themselves and the culture they are a part of in believes. But yet if art didn’t exist in our world, I think our world, wouldn’t be the way it is now & the ways people can express them self’s. But yet many people don’t know anything about art or experience art before. In most of them have great life’s. I as my self in own my opinion art did play a big role back when different cultures, in religions where appearing. But our world has change so much from what is use to be. In yet we are still here, creating in finding new things we never thought existed.
