Love at First Sight (Belem)

 I think people can fall in love at first sight. Example:  when you look at someone, you can think a lot of things: like oh he’s cute. You might like him you so far, and as  you get to know each other,  he may start feeling the same way.  You guys might start feeling the same thing, and fall in love with each other. Another example is that, your friends may introduce you to him and you instantly you may fall in love with him/her just by their looks or charms.  When you fall in love with someone it can be because ofa lot of things. One of the things I think does exists is love at first sight!  I believe in love at first because you never really know when you may fall in love with the one or your true love. So in conclusion,  I do believe in love at first sight, and it really does exists too.  A lot of people some people actually marries there true love.

Love at first sight (Julio)

      I don’t believe that love at first exists.. I believe that you NEED to know them to love someone. Maybe I say that because I have NEVER felt love at first sight. I know that if you love someone at first sight its just on their looks and apparels. People nowadays always look at someone and judge them right away by what he/she is wearing, or how popular you are, or how pretty or ugly you are. If love at first sight did ever exist no chaos, no murders, no killing would happen. Nobody believes in love at first sight anymore. Hate is the virus that plagues all of human kind nowadays. If love existed parents wouldn’t abandon their kids, no kids would run away from home, no one would ever have to worry about having to walk down the street with their minds on surviving.

All I see is hate, murders, and imprisonment.  I see putrid souls burning up inside because they cant be themselves with anyone or around anybody. People leave their babies without even getting to know them. 

War Between Families (Juan)

How many more wars are there going to be, until the grudge between the families is over? Today was another fight between the Montague’s and the Capulet’s. At the gas station, they caused a lot of damage to the city, it was there the third brawl out of there fights recently. It seems that the Capulet’s started the fight one of the Capulet’s boys pulled a gun out, then the Montague’s pulled one of there guns out. They started shooting at each other, men and women were screaming there lungs out, as they were scared out of there mind. Two of the Capulet’s boys dogged the bullets and into the back of there yellow car, as the Capulet’s shoot from behind there car the Montague’s shoot from behind the gas pump. One of the Montague’s snuck back and caught one of the Capulet’s and poured down oil from the pump, he then grabws his lighter and threw it to him but the Capulets escaped and the whole gas station caught on fire and explodes. One boy from each side of Capulet’s and Montague’s got turned into the prince and tells them “if this happens again it will be a death penalty”. 

War in the Streets (Malik)

What would you report to your viewers? I would say; two family’s at war. The Montagues and the Capulet’s in time square in an all out shoot out. The word is, the conflict started at the speedway gas station. Police officials say the Capulet’s started the whole thing after seeing the Montagues at the station. Gun fire brook out quickly scaring off civilians and blowing up the speedway gas station. Then after several family members were killed, only two were left. Taking the shoot out two the streets plus thousands of dollars in damage that I’m guessing the family bosses will not be happy to pay. But later the two fugitives were apprehended. Then were taken to the prince to receive justice. And there are rumors saying that if the madness, on the street doesn’t stop than law enforcers will have no choice but to give the death penalty to family members that do not obey the law. If you ask my opinion, the death penalty is not call for, just that law enforcers need to control the streets better.  

Love at First Sight

       I think that it is possible to fall in love at first sight. I’m not the only one that thinks that it could happen. A lot of parents fall in love at first sight. A lot of people don’t believe in it because it didn’t happen to them yet. I think that when you fall in love at first sight you can’t stop thinking about that person. You don’t find love at first sight everyday so you have to take advantage of it when you have it. People also don’t believe in love at first sight because they think that you have to know that person very well before you fall in love.

        Most of the time it happens when you’re young. When you fall in love with that person you don’t know if they like you back so you are scared to ask them out. Some people think they fall in love but it’s just that they think that that person is cute or pretty. When it does happen and you don’t know that person you almost always ask you’re friend who that is. I honestly think that love at first sight does exist but other people but other people don’t but that’s there opinion or their experiences. But that’s them and I’m me.  

Love at First Sight (Maryam)

Yes, I do think that it is very possible to fall in love at first sight. I think that it is something that happens in the subconscious mind, and that there is something strong between you and that person. Something about them just says that, that person is truly the one for you. In the play, they just knew that they were meant for each other.  So much so, that they chose death rather than live without each other.  In their mind, there was no one else for them.  Juliet was set to marry another man, but it was against her will. Romeo and Juliet’s parents did not want them to be together(due to a family feud that happened before any of these particular family members were born). They refuse to forgive and forget of their two families history. They did not keep this fight in the privacy of there own home.  This was knowledge to the whole community.  This fight was breaking the peace of Verona.  It just shows how the time as change from then to now. The play showed that when you were born, it was set to whom you would marry was determined by increasing the family by wealth back in the 1500’s.

Love at First Sight (Kendrick)

            It is not possible to fall in love at first sight. It is possible to find someone physically attractive at first sight. You don’t romantically love someone without knowing what kind of person they are. You may find them physically attractive but dislike their personality and or have nothing in common with them. You could be quiet and nice and they could be loud, obnoxious, and rude. They could be an athletic, outgoing and a people person. While you’re lazy and anti-social. Love is a deeper feeling than liking someone. Love is hard to explain but I’ll try my best to put the definition in this blog.  When you love someone, there is almost nothing you dislike about the person you love.  They’re in your head most of the day if not the whole day.  They brighten up your day, and keep you happy most of the day. You’re comfortable with the person you love. They accept you as who you are and don’t judge you for the things you do or say. Without you their life wouldn’t be the same and vice versa. Love is strong enough to take lives and give them.
