My thoughts on the Napoleon Complex is that the napoleon complex is a feeling of someones height of being short. Alfred Alder named it the napoleon after military leader Napoleon Bonaparte, who was also short.

I personally don't believe the idea, I mean yes we bad times getting made fun of being not measure to height being to short, but yet now that we have the Napoleon Complex, How do we know know taller people don't feel accepted, out of line, don't fit in.

I had a friend who is still short till this day that may got fun of in her younger days, but now realizes being short is not so bad, can do as many amount of things tall can.

The Napoleon Complex relates to Curley because he felt unwanted to taller or bigger people so just as he felt made him who he is, a bully towards bigger people such as Lennie to protect himself from embarrassment.
